TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GAMBLING AT CENTURY MILE

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings given below:

• "AGLC" means Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis Commission;
• "Player" means a person who enters into an agreement with Century Mile Casino to gamble on the premises of Century Mile Racetrack and Casino ("Premises");
• "Century Mile Casino" means WE RACING ENTERTAINMENT INC., operating as Century Mile Racetrack and Casino.

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering onto the Premises, each Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Century Mile Casino. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or revised from time to time, and any changes shall be effective upon posting on the Premises.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

Each Player must be at least 18 years of age (or such higher minimum age as required under applicable law) to gamble on the Premises. Century Mile Casino reserves the right to request proof of age from a Player, and any failure or refusal by a Player to provide such proof shall be deemed an admission that they are not permitted to enter into an agreement with Century Mile Casino.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Each Player must provide accurate personal details upon registration for the Player Rewards Program. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of their account, and any winnings shall be forfeited by the Player.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Century Mile Casino is not liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by a Player as a result of:

• Any errors or omissions in respect of odds, betting limits, promotions, or any other aspect of gaming on the Premises;
• The failure to verify the age or identity of a Player;
• Any unauthorized disclosure or access to confidential information; and
• Any breach or non-performance by Century Mile Casino under these Terms and Conditions.

6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

Century Mile Casino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Premises, including but not limited to odds, betting limits, promotions, or other gaming products offered by Century Mile Casino.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by and subject to the laws of Alberta, Canada. Each Player irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

8. NON-TRANSFERABLE PROMISE TO GAMBLE FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Each Player acknowledges that their participation in gaming on the Premises is for recreational purposes only and not as a business or investment opportunity. Century Mile Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if it has reason to believe that a Player's activities are inconsistent with this condition.

9. SEPARABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, the same shall not affect in any way the other provisions hereof, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

10. NOTICE OF BREACH OR DEFAULT

Century Mile Casino reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions upon providing a Player with reasonable notice of breach or default.

11. CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION

Upon cancellation or suspension by Century Mile Casino for any reason, each Player shall forthwith surrender all privileges associated with their account, and shall be ineligible to participate in gaming on the Premises under these Terms and Conditions during such period.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings related thereto.
